The 2nd annual "All Paws On Deck" Diner Cruise, sponsored by Lenoir City Animal Clinic to benefit the Loudon County Humane Society, was held on June 2, 2007.
Dr. Peter G. Stimpson and his wife provided wine that nicely complemented the formal prime rib dinner, music and auction that was held on the Party Barge, provided by Fort Loudon Marina. The music was provided by RMS, a classic rock and R&B band. Mayor Doyle Arp Local acted as auctioneer of the locally donated items. Over $15,000 was raised for the Loudon County Humane Society to aid in its efforts to promote responsible pet ownership and to support its spay and neuter program.
